Professor Koen Schoors is a Belgian economist and professor at Ghent University. Prof. Schoors is director of CERISE (Center for Russian International Socio-political and Economic Studies) and is engaged in corporate restructuring, both academically and practically. He is also an expert in the field of economic crises. Prof. Schoors regularly appears in the media as a commentator on current socio-economic events.
